to recite
two poetry essentials
maybe type should be used
sometimes the pencil
draws the lines
a pen, a good pen,
makes the writing more
effortless
which i'm not sure
is good
pencils, somehow,
make the expression
more gritty
never texted a poem

thank God

however in the end
the poison, the joy, the fleeting moment in time
must be released audibly
or your blood gets old
whispers are not enough

spoken word, with air and
appliance noises
sounds and silence always keeping the beat
reaction to the action
